Invite Tracking

Know exactly who invited whom

Every join attributed to the invite that brought it in, scored real / pending / fake against a stick-around threshold, with optional XP rewards for inviters.

Real

Joins

Members who stayed past the threshold count as real — fakes don't pad the board.

Vanity

Tracked

Vanity URL uses are attributed too, separately from regular invite codes.

XP

Optional

Award XP per real invite — turns the leaderboard into a competition.

Per-invite + per-inviter leaderboard — see who actually grew the server

Fake-threshold so a join-and-leave doesn't count

Min-account-age gate so brand-new accounts can't farm the board

Optional XP per real invite, paid through the levelling module

Reset any user's invites from the dashboard — no SQL required

01 · Invite Tracking

The credit goes to the right person

Phantom keeps a warm cache of every invite the bot can see, diffs the use counts on every join, and writes the attribution against the invite's owner. Maxed-out invites disappear from Discord's API but Phantom keeps the link, so you don't lose credits when an invite finishes.

02 · Invite Tracking

Scored, not just counted

A raid bot that joins and bails ten seconds later isn't an invite worth crediting. Phantom waits a configurable window (default 10 minutes) before counting the join as 'real' — leave inside that window and the row flips to 'fake'. The leaderboard ranks by real first; pending and fake are visible but never the headline number.
