Phantom

Cross-Server Sync

One ban that lands everywhere it should

Chain your servers into a punishment network so a kick, ban or timeout in one fans out to the others — without your mods doing it three times.

Owner-led

Networks

You own the network; only the servers you manage can be added.

3

Sync actions

Kick, ban and timeout — toggle each one independently.

Per-guild

Opt-in

Member servers see the network; warns and notes always stay local.

Bans, kicks and timeouts replicate across every server in the network

Pick exactly which actions sync — leave warns and notes scoped to the source guild

Every linked server can leave the network from their own dashboard at any time

Audit trail on every fan-out — who synced, where it landed, and any failures

01 · Cross-Server Sync

Built around your management, not Discord membership

You can only chain servers you actually manage with the bot installed. Phantom verifies the linkage every time the dashboard renders, so a member server that swaps owners or kicks the bot drops out cleanly without needing manual cleanup.

Sane defaults

Bans replicate by default — the most common reason to chain servers in the first place. Kicks and timeouts are off by default; flip them on per-network when you want them. Warnings and case notes intentionally stay scoped to the originating server so context doesn't leak.
