Automod

Automod that reads the room

Spam, invites, links, mention floods, caps, banned words — every automod category lives in one grid with hit counts, tests and per-category exceptions.

8

Spam, caps, links, mentions, invites, words, attachments, age-gate.

50+

Built-in rules

Curated starter rules per category; one click to enable.

External calls

Everything evaluates locally on the bot — no third-party service round-trips.

Eight categories out of the box — spam, caps, links, mentions, invites, words, attachments, age-gate

Per-category test runner — paste a message, see exactly what would fire

Whitelist roles, channels, and specific users with one click

Hit log with severity and per-rule tuning (timeout, delete, warn)

Example commands
  • /pautomod test Paste a message, see exactly which rule would fire and with what action.
  • /pautomod pause Pause a specific category for a duration without touching the others.
  • /pautomod hits Browse the per-category hit log — who, what, when, action taken.

01

A grid, not a swamp

Every automod category sits on a single page as a tile — you can see at a glance what's on, what's off, and how many hits each has had today. Drill into any tile for the per-rule editor.

02

Test before you deploy

Each category has a test box. Paste a message, hit test — Phantom tells you which rule would fire and what action it would take, without touching Discord. Changing severity is a dropdown, not a script.

03

Exceptions that make sense

Role and channel whitelists per category mean your @Member role can post links while new joiners can't, your #announcements channel is exempt from caps limits, and staff never trip automod in the first place.

Common questions

Will automod catch my staff?
Not if you whitelist them. Every category supports role + channel exceptions, and staff roles are typically exempt by default.
Can I combine rules?
Rules live per category, but hits from different categories stack — a message can trigger caps + mentions simultaneously and the strictest action wins.
